washing machine and microwave. A stunning lounge and dining area with patio doors
leads to the terrace. One fully fitted double bedroom, with en-suite bath and
shower facilities. One twin bedroom, also fully fitted with a separate toilet
and shower room. Digital television and a stereo are also there for your use.
The development also enjoys a fantastic swimmimg pool that includes a large main pool and a separate children's pool. Also a large sun bathing grassed area.
The bungalow is situated within a short walking distance from 'Rocha Brava' which
has many excellent restaurants. The Vale
do Milho Golf Club is also only a few
minutes walk away. The property is within easy reach of 'Smugglers' and 'Centianes'
beaches, many first class golf courses, such as Penina, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Pinta, Gramacho and Silves
and tennis complex 500 metres away at Rocha Brava. There are also two water Parks
situated close by. Only a few minutes drive from the Town.
